- Within your organisation: Data is visible to users within your EcomSarthi CRM account based on role-based access controls configured by your administrator.

We retain your data for as long as your organisation's account is active or as needed to provide services. Leads and records are soft-deleted (marked hidden) and may be permanently purged by your administrator. You may request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
EcomSarthi CRM uses:
- Session Cookies: Required for login and authentication. These are cleared when you close your browser or log out.
- localStorage: Used to save your alert tone preferences locally in your browser. No personal data is stored in localStorage.
